Our mission is to promote skill development through quality training

  • CTS/ITI courses of 6 months to 2 years duration are aimed at developing essential technical skills across various trades.
  • Candidates who have passed Matriculation (10th Class) are eligible for admission to these courses.

Combination of Subjects : The following subjects are covered

  • Trade Technology
  • Trade Practical 
  • Employability Skills

Start of session : 1st August of every year.

Eligibility for Admission :  Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics

Age limit : Minimum 14 years, No upper age limit

Admission & Award of Certificate : Candidates can enroll for the above programmes. A candidate has to secure 40 %  in Trade Theory, 40% in employability skills, and 60% in Trade Practical marks in and also have a minimum of 70 % attendance only the candidates will be allowed to appear for the final examination conducted by NCVT, New Delhi in June/July every year. On passing the prescribed exam, trainees will be awarded the National Trade Certificate from NCVET.

Mode of Payment : Course fee has to be paid in advance or at the time of admission either in cash or demand draft in favour of "PAO MSDE New Delhi" of any Nationalized bank payable at New Delhi.
 
Hostel : Hostel Rooms are moderately furnished, used to allot trainees on twin or triple sharing basis. Guest and Family member not be permitted in Hostel. Cooking is strictly prohibited in Hostel Room.
Mess Facilities available at Hostel. It is managed by a private contractor. Necessary payment has to be made in cash directly to the contractor.

Games : Playground is available for Games 

Working Hours : From 08.30 am to 5.00 pm with half hour lunch break on all working days(Monday to Friday).

Attendance : Minimum 80% attendance is required to appear in the Final Trade Test to be held at the end of the course.

CTS Courses

Government of India initiated Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) in for imparting skills in various vocational trades to meet the skilled manpower requirements for technology and industrial growth of the country. About 70% of the training period is allotted to practical training and the rest to theoretical training relating to Trade theory.
